Elimination diet
Temporarily removing suspect foods, then reintroducing them one at a time to find triggers.
An elimination diet is a short, structured experiment: you remove the foods most likely to be causing symptoms for a set period, let things calm down, then reintroduce them one at a time to see which ones you actually react to. It's a diagnostic tool, not a forever diet — the autoimmune protocol (AIP) is one well-known example.
